Spire Hospital Harrogate

This project featured over 1,500 square metres of insulated ductwork and 1,200 metres of pipework, with the plant room further enhanced by aluminium cladding up to 2.5 metres for added durability and protection.

Pure foil aluminium was first applied to the stainless steel quench pipe, followed by insulation using high-performance foam glass. All joints were meticulously sealed with Fosters Elastolar to ensure airtight integrity, and the system was finished with durable stucco-embossed aluminium cladding. Flanges were also insulated and protected with custom-fitted insulated jackets for maximum thermal efficiency.
